365 days on a bike

Two paradoxes I experienced today: a sunny morning with snowflakes lazily coming down from the sky and listening to relaxing, almost transcendental music while rushing through the evening traffic jam. Seemingly incompatible things can create new mysterious sensations. [27.03.13]

365days-on-a-bike: Who says habitual everyday commuting cannot be fun, surprising and adventurous? Not I, because I commute by bike. Getting on the bike in the morning is what makes me wake up, what gives me a push for the rest of the day (no doubt coffee helps a lot as well). On one of the days the weather was exceptionally terrible (which is not a rare event here) and riding home I though “if I can ride and survive in these conditions, nothing can stop me,” because almost nothing can be worse than a freezing hard rain and a hurricane-like wind. That is how the idea of what you see here was born. Yes. This is my resolution – reaching my everyday destinations by cycling. No matter what the weather is.
