the hottest to the wettest

The last week Latvians have savored the taste of proudness in being the hottest country in Europe. While madrileños were freezing at 7 degrees and Italians couldn't take a swim yet, Rigans loved and lamented the heat. That excitement is brought down though, by the uncontrollable, chaotic rain showers and dark-blue to black heavy clouds. There are not many pedaling people who did not get wet these days and I am sure they enjoyed it the same way I did. [21.05.13]
